RFP - Repair and Alteration of BEQ Building 41303

Joseph Chow & Associates prepared the RFP for this project that includes provisions for the repair and renovation of an existing 3-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) Building 41303, located at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California.
An addition of two Accessible Rooms was also included. Exterior Work included new paving and Accessible Parking spaces.
As part of our work we also conducted a Structural Feasibility Report based on the current UFC requirements and Utility Feasibility Studies.
