Social Security Administration Training Room Renovation

Our scope of work was to design a new computer training facility at the Social Security Administration. This new training facility was to house several computer training rooms and several administrative offices. Our tasks included surveying the existing project site, architectural, engineering, and interior design services.
As part of our interior design services we created 3D drawings of the various interior color schemes to assist the SSA in determining which design they prefer. Our interior design studies allowed us to get the clients approval in only one meeting.
Our estimated construction cost estimate was right on target with the construction cost proposal.
