Joseph Chow & Associates, Inc. has a qualified staff who are LEED Accredited Professionals. Our size is one of our strongest advantages, allowing us to be flexible and maintain close contact with the client and our consultants. It also gives us the ability to supervise our projects in a direct and personal manner. Each of our key staff members have the technical design and ability to provide all of the required services.

Mr. Joseph Chow has over 45 years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction documents, and construction supporting services. He especially excels
in renovation projects. Over 90% of JCA's work is governmental work. His experience includes the following agencies:

  • Bureau of Architecture
  • General Services Administration
  • United States Postal Service

Mr. Chow has an outstanding record of success working with these agencies because of his keen attention to the unique details and needs of each individual project. Working with the Bureau of Architecture since 1988, and recently with the Library Bond Program has fine tuned his knowledge of the Department of Public Works staff, procedures, and regulations.

Ms. Chow has a strong background in all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, and construction administration. Her experience includes a wide range of projects varying in size from small renovations to larger projects. Her experience includes working with the following agencies:

  • Department of Defense: Navy
  • Department of Veterans Affairs
  • United States Department of Agriculture
  • San Francisco International Airport

Ms. Chow has worked with the Department of Public Works since 1992. She spent a cumulative of one year working in the Bureau of Architecture's offices. From this experience she has gained a reputation for her responsiveness and knowledge in DPW's mission and staff.
